P3 Collaborative to help develop Infrastructure Contracts Training Program for Developing and Post-Conflict Countries

P3 Collaborative LLC (Chris Kane) was recently selected by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP), to help them develop an on-line training program for a graduate law/executive level certificate in Infrastructure Contracts.
